Found this online and tried it this morning. I substituted the juice with a handful of blueberries. The concoction is yummy. TBD on the cravings ...

Cravings Tonic

1/2 cup purified water

1/2 cup of coconut water

1 tbsp of chia seeds

2 tbsp fruit juice

Juice of half lime

Blender: Soak chia seeds in coconut water for 15 minutes, add the lime juice and fruit juice and blend briefly
