Byte+ Dentist Portal image

The Byte+ portal extended Byte’s established B2C aligner brand into the clinical workflow for dentists. I was brought in to define and design the portal, integrating it with existing Salesforce processes wherever possible. Byte’s customer service team supported dental practices as new providers were onboarded nationally at a rapid pace.

Project: Byte+ Dentist Portal

Onboarding wireframe example for case study

The Onbaording Hub was created for newly registered dentists to access the training documentation and newly onboarded resources that they would need. Updated comms templating helped fill in the gap for internal teams to communicate with new practices.

The second project was a UX and design overhaul of an existing software platform for the SureSmile products: Aligner, Orthodontist, and Dental Specialist.

Surity home page example for case study

Surity is a new urinary incontinence management system by Wellspect, a global healthcare leader with over 40 years of experience. Designed for everyday life, Surity products support women and men at home—along with the caregivers who care for them. This was an exciting project to be able to build a brand from the ground up. I used early UX patterns and wireframe iterations based on research findings to help define what would be needed for content, copy, design, and branding.
